Introduction to tremella:

2. Initial temperature setting of Tremella
Freshly harvested fresh white fungus has a water content of more than 80%, and it takes about 3 days to dry, which slows down production. The heat pump dryer can be used in about 15 hours. The initial drying temperature should be low, starting at 30°C, the drying time is about 5 hours, and the moisture content of the ear flaps drops to about 30%.
3. Mid-stage temperature of Tremella drying
Mid-term drying of white fungus raises the temperature to about 55°C, and the drying time is 5-8 hours. The temperature in the early and last period of drying should be low, and the temperature in the mid-term should be high. The quality of drying.
4. Late drying stage of Tremella
In the late stage of the Tremella drying stage, the ear flaps are almost dry, and the temperature in the dryer is reduced to about 35°C. When the ear base is completely dry, the whole drying process is completed. After the white fungus is dried, when the cooling is consistent with the normal temperature, the white fungus can be packaged and stored in grades.
