Tea tree mushroom drying process:

  It is required to harvest on the same day and bake on the same day. When the temperature rises to 35°C-38°C, put the drying curtain with fresh mushrooms in layers and put them in the drying room to promote the shrinkage of the mushroom body, increase the degree of curling and the thickness of the mushroom meat, and improve the quality of the mushroom. Drying room temperature control: keep 38°C-40°C for the first 4 hours, keep 40°C-45°C for the 4-8 hours, keep 45°C-50°C for the 8-12 hours, and keep the temperature at 45°C-50°C for the 12th hour. Keep 50°C-53°C for 16 hours, 55°C for the 17th hour, and 60°C for drying in the 18th hour.
  As the moisture in the mushroom evaporates, poor ventilation in the drying room will cause the humidity to rise, resulting in grayish brown color and lower quality. Operational requirements: open all the dehumidification windows in the first 18 hours, keep about 50% ventilation in the 8-12 hours, keep 30% ventilation in the 10-15 hours, and after the 16th hour, the mushroom body is basically dry and can be closed Dehumidification window. Pressing the mushroom lid with your nails feels hard and there are slight nail marks. When turning over and making a sound, it indicates that the dryness of the mushrooms is enough. It can be taken out of the house, cooled, packaged, stored and transported.
