3. Control of humidity
Because squid cuttlefish not only has a large amount of water, but also contains water in fat and oil, dehydration is more difficult than other types of materials. Controlling its dehydration speed and moisture removal is one of the important factors that determine the quality of squid drying. The dehydration speed The mastery of the moisture removal rate is particularly important for maintaining the color of the dried seafood. Drying squid cuttlefish should prevent moisture from staying on the surface of the squid body, causing poor moisture drainage and causing bacteria to grow.
