1. Salted egg yolk drying process：
The egg yolk loaded into the material truck is pushed into the drying room for drying. The temperature in the first stage of the drying room is set at 65°C, and the baking is turned over for 15-20 minutes. Each batch is baked for 40 minutes. The second stage temperature is set at 10°C, and after drying, let it cool for 5 minutes at 10°C.After drying, the cracks are removed, and the intact color is uniformly graded and packaged. Take the 6P dryer as an example, a single drying room has 8 0.85m*1m*1.7m material trucks, 4000 pieces/car, 32000 pieces per batch, 40 minutes per batch, and can be dried every day 400,000 pieces of salted egg yolks.
