Introduction to paint:
Paint is a kind of chemical mixture paint that can firmly cover the surface of objects for protection, decoration, marking and other special purposes. It is generally composed of four parts: film-forming substances, fillers (pigments and fillers), solvents, and additives. Depending on the performance requirements, sometimes the ingredients may change slightly, such as varnishes without pigments and fillers, and powder coatings without solvents.Paint is an organic chemical polymer material, and the coating film formed is of polymer compound type. According to the modern classification of chemical products, coatings belong to fine chemical products. Modern coatings are gradually becoming a class of multifunctional engineering materials and an important substance in the chemical industry.
Paint processing steps:
First remove the heat pump devices of the original electric drying room, including sun lamps, electric heating wires, electric furnaces and other devices. Disconnect the power supply before removing, and handle with care. Clean up the site, then install the base of the heat pump split unit, fix the outer unit of the heat pump split unit on the base, and fix it with fasteners. If the terrain is low, make the base a little higher.Investigate the specific size and location of the drying room in advance, and arrange the location of the indoor unit reasonably. The wind cabinet should be designed and produced in advance. The indoor unit is composed of a fan and a condenser. The air volume distribution and layout in the furniture drying room are solved by rationally arranging air ducts.
Paint drying process:
After the paint is sprayed, it must be leveled for 15-20 minutes before entering the drying room for drying.The surface of the first sprayed paint is undulating, rich in volatile phenols, and has strong fluidity. After a short period of time, the surface of the paint becomes smooth after micro-flow, which means "leveling". The volatile phenol in the whole layer can be volatilized in a large amount and uniformly. This time is longer and is the key to leveling. If you go straight into the drying room for high-temperature drying without leveling, the surface paint will dry quickly. The internal volatilized phenol or the bulging of the surface layer to form pinholes or the bulging close to the surface without bulging to form bubbles, or the latent internal accumulation of bubbles.
When the leveled paint is to be dried, the drying mode from low to high and from high to low should be adopted. Although most of the volatile rewards in the whole layer of the oil plum after leveling can be volatilized, if it suddenly enters a high temperature environment, the surface of the paint will still dry quickly, which will block the volatilization of the internal volatile phenol, which will cause film defects and affect the drying efficiency. Directly entering the low-temperature environment from the high-temperature environment, one is a waste of heat, and the other is that rapid temperature changes will cause strains in the paint film structure.
Precautions:
It must be processed in a dust-free oil room, and a fresh air purification system must be installed in the oil room workshop.
The temperature of the oil room is strictly required to be kept within the range of 26°C-35°C, and the temperature cannot be too high. Too high temperature will easily cause the paint on the surface of the board to foam, and the smooth effect will not be achieved.
The humidity is maintained at 65-70% to ensure that the board will not crack.
Large air volume is not allowed in the oil room. The breeze must slowly heat up, so as to ensure that the paint will not be scattered by the wind.
