1. Material selection and variety

Different wood species will also lead to different results. Generally, coniferous wood is easy to dry and broad-leaved wood is difficult to dry. Therefore, the same species or similar species should be selected as much as possible when selecting materials to avoid greater moisture content at the end of drying. The difference.
2. Loading materials
Regardless of the type of equipment and method of material loading, we strive to unify the partitions to ensure uniform ventilation of the indoor material stack and no dead ends. If a forklift is used to load materials, the specifications of each small unit should be unified. The stacking of small units should consider the airflow evenly flowing through each layer of the board to make it fully heat exchange, and also consider the reasonable passage between the small units to achieve the best Good results.
3. Develop a drying benchmark table
To achieve high-quality drying results, while minimizing economic input and generating maximum economic benefits, wood drying companies must formulate drying benchmark tables (also called drying operating procedures and key points) in order to achieve the best state.
