Green tangerine drying process:
The drying process of small green tangerines (half raw drying and full drying) is to make the orange peel better aged during the low-temperature drying process, to maintain the original fragrance to the greatest extent, and to maintain a stable volatile oil aroma, so that the small Green mandarin and Pu'er tea produce unique aromas and taste more mellow and smooth.In the drying process, the first thing to consider is the high ambient temperature, so after turning on the air energy heat pump dryer, set the parameters of intelligent temperature and humidity control. In the early stage, keep the temperature at 45°C for 4 hours and control the humidity to 50%. So that the scent of tangerine peel is slowly dissipated into the Pu'er tea.
Next, increase the temperature slowly, and just increase by 5°C on the original basis. The dehumidification is also a slow dehumidification, and the range is preferably reduced by 5%. This dry state is maintained for 3 hours. At this stage, you can smell the aroma of tangerine peel in advance.
At this stage, the temperature can be increased and a large amount of moisture can be removed. The temperature is increased by 10°C on the basis of the above 50°C, the humidity is controlled at 30%, and the drying is 4 hours. This process is more critical. The tangerine peel and Pu'er are integrated. The scent begins to emanate at this stage.
Finally, the temperature is increased by 5°C, that is, 65°C, and the humidity is controlled to 15% until it is dried.
Precautions:
After drying, the whole small green mandarin is about 12 grams, of which Pu'er tea is about 9 grams, and the weight of the orange peel is about 3 grams. This proper combination balances the flavors of the orange peel and the tea to achieve the best taste. The volatile oil content of small green tangerines is high. After drying, a thin layer of white frost will appear on the skin of the tangerine, which is a better sign of the quality and efficacy of small green tangerines.
