According to the experiment, when the moisture meter is 18-23% of the grain at a temperature of 50°C-55°C, the breath suddenly rises and then suddenly weakens. However, after a few days and nights at the same temperature for food with a moisture content of 14-16%, there is almost no change in breathing ability.
Grain drying process:
Under normal circumstances, the grains are exposed to hot air for only 10 minutes during drying, and then slowly resuscitated for 50 minutes to allow the moisture of the grains to move to the germ. The temperature of the hot air does not exceed 55 ℃, and it is dried at a constant temperature.
