Introduction to ginseng：
Ginseng usually blooms in 3 years and bears fruit in 5-6 years. The flowering period is from May to June and the fruiting period is 69 months. It grows under the coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest or deciduous broad-leaved forest dominated by Korean pine at an altitude of several hundred meters between 33°-48° north latitude.
Ginseng processing steps：
Before drying, the ginseng epidermis and the residual stems and scars of ginseng need to be smoothed from top to bottom, leaving two thick legs of fresh ginseng and removing the remaining fine ginseng whiskers. When ginseng is dried, it is placed on the drying tray in a single layer according to large, medium and small, and then sent to the drying room for drying.Ginseng drying process：
Ginseng is placed in layers in the drying room, with sufficient spacing between layers, not too dense, to facilitate ventilation and dehumidification, and the air can be hot air circulation components to make the temperature and vapor flow in the entire drying room uniform.
