The drying room should meet the following requirements:
1. When drying with water heating, the drying room should be less than or equal to 1000 kg, and the drying room temperature should be less than or equal to 60℃. During hot air drying, the drying room should be less than or equal to 500 kg, and the drying room temperature should be less than or equal to 50℃, and measures should be taken to prevent the drug from generating dust. The wind speed should be less than or equal to 0.5 meters per second.
2. The drying room should be equipped with a temperature sensing alarm device to maintain uniform heating. The heating rate of the drying room should be less than or equal to 30℃ per hour.
3. Drying room should be equipped with dehumidification device and dehumidify in time.
4. The medicine trays in the drying room are filled and placed on the drying rack in layers and steadily.
5. The stacking of drugs in the drying room should comply with the regulations.
6. Transport and evacuation passages should be left between the drying racks, with a width greater than or equal to 100 cm.
7. The drying room should be managed by a dedicated person, and no one should enter when heating and drying the medicine; before and after drying, the medicine in and out of the drying room is operated, and each building has 2 people.
8. The drying room should be kept clean, and no medicine should be left on the radiator.
