Introduction to cucumber：
Cucumber is widely planted in temperate and tropical regions. Cucumber is one of the main summer vegetables in China. Stems and vines are used medicinally. Cucumber drying process：

The thermal conductivity of this kind of thermal insulation room is low. Generally, the temperature of the drying room can be maintained at 40 ℃ after 12 hours of shutdown. The system can put 1800 kg pickled cucumber at one time, the dehydration ratio of fresh and dry cucumber is 1:0.08, the dehydration amount is relatively large, each batch needs to be dehydrated 1650 kg, the drying and dehumidification host needs to dehydrate 25L per hour, and it takes 40 hours to complete a batch.
