Put the pierced cherry fruit on a plate and put it in the drying room, and accordingly reduce the drying temperature, and divide it into six different temperature sections for drying.
After piercing the hole, the cherry fruit is pickled in 70% syrup. After pickling, remove the moisture on the surface of the dried cherry, and put it in the drying room.

Cherry tomatoes drying process:

  Heat pump drying of cherry tomatoes is usually divided into four stages. The drying time is about 32 hours, and the temperature is between 50-65. The specific reference process is as follows: 1. Low temperature drying stage, temperature is 50, humidity It is 30%, and the time is about 6 hours. The temperature at this stage should not be too high, otherwise the sugar will be easily coked and the finished product will turn black. 2. In the drying and dehumidifying stage, the temperature is set to about 55, the humidity is 25%, and the time is about 12 hours. 3. In the setting and color setting stage, the temperature is 60, the humidity is 20%, and the time is about 10 hours. 4. During the saccharification and shelling stage, the temperature is set higher at this stage, generally around 65°C, the humidity is 15%, and the time is 4 hours.
