When there is a certain temperature in the drying room, set the temperature to 47 ℃, the humidity to 20 ℃, and the drying time to 1 hour to keep the color of the melon. The temperature is controlled at 53 ℃, the humidity is set at 15 ℃, and the drying time is 1 hour, which has achieved the effect of moderate drying.Increase the temperature again, set at 57 ℃, humidity slightly reduced at 10 ℃, at this time cantaloupe slices have reached a certain hardness, and then dry for another hour. Set the temperature at 63 ℃ and reduce the humidity to 6 ℃. Finally, after half an hour of drying, check the quality of cantaloupe slices, stop the machine and push cantaloupe slices out of the drying room.
Matters needing attention:
After drying, the moisture content is less than 6%, and the fresh to dry ratio is about 10:1, which can meet the requirements of milling. The drying time is nearly 5 hours.
