As the temperature of camellia seeds increases, the partial pressure of steam on the surface also increases. , The rate of water vaporization also increases rapidly.
2. Start heating and dehumidification, the temperature is controlled at 60, the humidity is reduced from the initial 75% to 55%, and the time is about 6 hours. The moisture content on the surface of the camellia seed diffuses to the surrounding medium, and the moisture content decreases linearly.
3. Maintain a constant speed drying at 60°C and adopt continuous dehumidification to remove the humidity to 40% for 4 hours. The water vapor pressure on the surface of the camellia seed is in a dehumidified state corresponding to the temperature of the camellia seed at this time.
4. The humidity is also reduced to 30%, and the temperature is increased by 3°C on the basis of step 2 for 4 hours, and the drying speed remains unchanged.
5. Finally, the humidity is reduced to 20%, the temperature remains unchanged, for 4 hours, the air humidity is at 20%, and the humidity of the camellia seeds is about 10-12%. It takes time to dry 2 tons of camellia seeds and a 12P heat pump dryer 20 hours.
