Blueberry drying process：

In the second stage, the drying temperature was set at 55 ℃, the relative humidity was 12%, and the drying + moisture removal mode was used for 6 hours. In the second stage, the drying temperature is set at 65 ℃, the relative humidity is 12%, and the drying + moisture removal mode is set for 4 hours.
