Dehydrate Beans in a Dehydrator/Beans Drying Process
Introduction to beans：
Beans are heat-resistant vegetables, can withstand high temperature, not frost. The germination of seeds is faster at 25 ℃ - 35 ℃, and the germination is slower when the temperature decreases. The emergence of seedlings after sowing is faster at 30 ℃ - 35 ℃. It grows well at 20 ℃ - 25 ℃ after vine extraction. The suitable temperature for flowering and podding is 25 ℃ - 28 ℃.
Beans processing steps：
1. CleaningClean beans to remove head and tail defects.
2. Boiling
Put the washed beans into the boiling water pot, keep rolling during the period, and boil for about 1 minute, then remove and cool.
3. Cooling
After boiling, put the beans into cold water to cool, and then pick up the water.
Beans drying process：
After the surface of the beans is dried, put them on the drying tray and rack according to the size specification, and push the drying room for drying. The drying temperature is 70 ℃ and the drying time is 12 hours until the moisture content of the beans reaches about 15%.
