Introduction to bayberry:

The whole process of bayberry drying is divided into 5 stages. The first stage: the temperature is set at 45°C, the relative humidity is set at 12%, and the drying time is 8 hours. In the second stage, the temperature is set at 50°C, the relative humidity is 12%, and the oven is dried for 4 hours. The third stage: the temperature is 55℃, the relative humidity is 12%, and the drying time is set to 3 hours. The fourth stage: the temperature is 65℃, the relative humidity is 12%, and the time is set for 2 hours. The fifth stage: The temperature is set at 60℃, the relative humidity is 12%, and the drying time is set for 1 hour. After being dried for 18 hours, the dried Yangmei is sweet and sour. Inspect the dried finished products, and the dried bayberry fruits will be packaged after the quality is acceptable.Precautions:
The relative humidity and sugar content of bayberry is relatively high after pickling. The drying temperature in the first stage is not suitable to be too high. A longer drying time is beneficial to ensure the quality of the dried bayberry. During the drying process, pay attention to the temperature when the relative humidity drops to 35-38%, otherwise the drying quality will be reduced.
