Apple drying process:
The initial temperature of drying is 80℃-85℃, and then gradually decreases to 50℃-55℃, the drying time is 5-6 hours, and the relative humidity is 10% after the final drying. The drying rate is (6-8):1 (ie 6- 8 kilograms of raw materials can be made into 1 kilogram of finished products). The dried finished product should be elastic and not stick to each other when the hands are tightly held and then relaxed. Put the dry product in an airtight container for 15-20 days to soften it so that the moisture content is uniform and the texture is soft.
