It also has a blower device. The wind enters the working room from the air duct, which promotes the circulation of hot air in the working room and has good temperature uniformity. How to choose mushrooms?

  • 1. Maturity. Don't choose mushrooms that are particularly mature.
  • 2. Color. The lid of a good mushroom is white or gray, and the stem is white. It is not good if the mushroom is yellow.
  • 3.Appearance. Except for velvet mushrooms and enoki mushrooms, it is best to choose ones that have no rot on the surface, a relatively complete shape, no water stains, and no stickiness. The stem is thick and short, the cover is round, the diameter is about 4cm, and the cover is smooth and flat.
  • 4.Smell. Choose mushrooms that are not sour or smelly.

Sun dried mushrooms:

  Fresh mushrooms can be dried directly. The most convenient way is to put the fresh mushrooms in the sun to dry, but they need to be turned frequently during the drying, and they must be put away every evening. Then the next day, take it out and dry it in the sun. Don't leave it outside overnight, otherwise, the dried mushrooms are prone to mold.

Freeze-dried mushrooms:

  After fresh mushrooms are dried in the sun, their fresh smell will diminish. The mushrooms can be freeze-dried. The specific method is to freeze the fresh mushrooms in the refrigerator for two or three days. Suck it off, then put the mushrooms in the refrigerator again and freeze them, and you will get freeze-dried mushrooms in a few days.

Dry the mushrooms in the oven:

1. Clean up the mushrooms
You can use a brush or dry paper towel to wipe off the dirt on the mushrooms. Avoid getting the mushrooms wet when cleaning them, as this may cause fungi or mold to grow on the mushrooms. This kind of fungus will endanger people's health after being eaten.
2. Cut mushrooms
The thicker the mushroom, the longer it will take to dry. To speed up the drying process, cut the mushrooms into slices about 0.3 cm thick.
3. Put the mushrooms on the grill pan.
Be sure to lay the mushrooms flat together. Mushrooms should not overlap, as this may cause them to fuse when dry. Put them on the first floor.
4. Preheat the oven to 65℃
After the oven reaches the specified temperature, put the roasting pan and mushrooms in the oven for about an hour.
5. Take the mushrooms out of the oven after one hour.
When you take them out, turn them over and let them dry evenly. At this point, use a paper towel or dry cloth to remove moisture.
6. Put the mushrooms back in the oven and roast for another hour until they are completely dry.
When you take out the mushrooms, check that there is no residual moisture on the surface. If there are, turn them over, wipe off the moisture with a paper towel, then put them back in the oven and continue to check the mushrooms until they are completely dry.
7. Let the mushrooms cool in an open container.
Once completely cooled, place the mushrooms in an airtight jar. Keep the container in a dark, dry location.

How to dry mushrooms in large quantities with a dryer?

  It is recommended that it must be sent to the drying room within 6 hours after picking.
1. Frame
Classified and framed according to the size of mushrooms and the degree of development of the umbrella.
2. Cleaning
When picking mushrooms that are stained with soil, fungus material, etc., when they are dirty, use clean water to clean them.
3. Drying
Preliminary drying period: drying in hot air at a temperature of 35℃ for 1-4 hours to reduce the water content by 15-20%.
Constant-rate drying period: Generally speaking, after drying for 4-5 hours, the temperature should gradually rise to about 50℃, and the temperature should rise by about 2℃ per hour. At this stage, the drying period is generally 3-4 hours, and the temperature should be controlled at 40-50℃.
Late drying stage: During this period, the drying temperature should be maintained at 50-55℃, which is consistent with the internal and external temperature of the mushroom. The intake and exhaust holes should be closed by 1/2, the temperature recovery hole should be opened by 1/2, and the drying time should be 2-3 hours.
4. Packaging and storage
After the mushrooms have been dried and softened, they are classified and packaged according to their color, size, cap, and stalk, etc. The storage must be in a cool, ventilated, and clean warehouse.

  Mushrooms have a unique fragrance; mushrooms are yellow gill-shaped, upright and complete; the water content of the mushrooms does not exceed 13%; the mushrooms maintain the original shape, and the caps are round and flat.
