How to Dry Beans in a Dehhydrator/How to dehydrate Beans

So how to drying the bean? Next, I will share two ways of drying bean. One is to use the traditional sun drying method, and the other is to use professional machine to dry beans.

The traditional sun dehydrating method

Step 1. Washing the fresh beans and remove the heads on both sides.
Step 2. Slicing the beans into evenly small pieces. If you want to dry whole green beans, you can skip this step.
Step 3. Putting the beans into the boiling water and continue to boil for 1 minute.
Step 4. Removing the beans from the boiling water and cool.
Step 5. Putting the cooled beans on the tray, and put the tray in the sun for 1-2 days.
This traditional method of drying bean is economical and does not require any investment. However, because the drying effect is greatly affected by the environment and is not easy to control and even defective bean may appear. What’s more, the traditional drying process is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and drying beans requires a huge space, if you want to dry beans in large quantities, it is recommended that you use a professional bean drying machine.

The professional machine dehydrating beans

Therefore, dehydrating beans with a dehydrator is not only a possibility, but also the best choice. A professional bean dehydrator is an indispensable part for bean processing or agricultural production. So,how to dry bean in a dehydrayor? Next, I will share with you the way to drying in a dehydrator.
Before drying, you can use pot boiling water or steaming cage again, so that the soybean is soft, for the later color paves the way, and then into the drying room for drying.
Stage 1: set the temperature to 40 degrees and dry for 5 hours. So that most of the water out of the soybean, color, and shape of the initial shape.
Stage 2: Temperature rises to 55 degrees, drying for 5 hours. Raise the temperature just a little bit, drain the water again.
Stage 3: Heat up to 60 degrees and dry for 5 hours. The color and shape have been fixed, just need to remove the remaining moisture.
Stage 4: heat up to 65 degrees and dry for 3 hours. Thoroughly eliminate moisture to achieve the effect of drying.
Note: generally not suitable for the early temperature is too high, you can use low temperature, a litt longer time, the internal moisture ofsoybeans will be discharged, after all, just out of the high moisture content of soybeans, directly on the high-temperature speed, but easyto cause the shape color change, not too beautiful.

The heat source of the bean drying room is air. The heat in the air is absorbed by the heat pump compressor. After compression and release, a large amount of high-temperature hot air can be obtained, so as to realize the continuous and uniform drying and processing of bean.

It is a multi-layer continuous drying structure. When drying the bean, we only need to put the bean slices at the feed inlet, and the bean slices will enter the dryer along with the feeding conveyor for drying.
The beans are dried and dehydrated layer by layer from top to bottom. The drying speed is fast and the production efficiency is high. It is very suitable for the drying and processing of large quantities of beans.

3. All-in-one dryer machine

Its drying principle is the same as that of the bean dryer room. If we use the bean all-in-one dryer machine, the machine is equipped with a trolley with tray and tray rack. When drying bean, we put it in a tray, put it on the tray rack of the cart, and then push it into the bean drying room for drying.
    
The heat source of bean all-in-one dryer is air. The heat in the air is absorbed by the heat pump compressor. After compression and release, a large amount of high-temperature hot air can be obtained, so as to realize the continuous and uniform drying and processing of bean.
The operation of this all-in-one drying equipment is relatively simple, and drying can be carried out only by plugging in the power supply.
