How Fries Are Made

4. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, pour in the cut potato strips, cover the pot and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. During the cooking process, you can use the spatula to turn it twice to make it evenly heated. Remove the potatoes from the pot, drain and let cool.
5. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot (the oil is enough to cover the fries, if there are too many fries, you can also fry them in batches), after the oil is hot, pour in the french fries and fry until golden brown.
The second method:
