Choose fresh and tender beans that are harvested on the same day and are light green, long, straight, and well-proportioned, without whitening or softening, and the seeds are not exposed. Spread out to avoid heat. Use tap water to wash away the sediment and other impurities on the raw materials. Harvest on the same day and process on the same day.
Step 2: After cleaning the green beans, blanch them in boiling water, drain the water, and put them into the stainless steel trays. Pay attention to the neat layout, and the thickness of the laying should be within 3 cm.

The second stage: the temperature is 65-70℃, and the time is 30 minutes; The third stage: the temperature is 70-80℃ until dried, the time is generally about 3 hours. The interval time between two dryings is 1-2 hours. During the drying process, it adopts the 360 hot air circulation method, and every corner of the drying room has heat to reach, and there will be no phenomenon of non-drying of materials in a certain corner.
Step 4: After the running time is reached, the host machine will shut down automatically. After the beans are simmered in the drying room for another hour, the material truck is pushed out, and the whole beans are dried.
